Spare Parts Warehouse site doesn’t seems to have any information whether an international repair service can be arranged, they should at least say yes or no.

They are very much smart choice for any North American consumers but might not be suitable for international purchases. Reason–Spare Parts Warehouse will only accept U.S. based credit cards, pre-paid money orders, or pre-paid wire transfers as methods of payment and ship only to US address.
